I love the fact that I could see the pyramids from the the top floor where they serve free breakfast. The room was cold, but I guess it was because I came in March. So everything was great except for one staff member who was very nasty to me because I couldn’t understand her accent so I stayed far from her.

The staff was so friendly and helpful the room was very clean the view of the pyramids was breathtaking. We were out late and the staff called us to make sure we were ok. My faking and myself would stay here again

If you are staying in Giza particularly if you are planning to visit the pyramids, this is a great hotel. It feels almost like a family run place as you are made to feel very welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable and you are provided with a bath robe, tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge and hairdryer. Saif is the reception staff who welcomes you and assists you with things such as booking taxis etc. You literally are neighbours with the pyramids so meals here as well as being good also provide a fantastic view. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The best location with the view from the balcony. You are looking at the only remaining ancient wonder of the world ( among the first seven wonders of the world ) , right from your hotel room. Hotel staff super friendly, the food was great, if I ever go back to Egypt, I will stay in this property again.
